Blue Eye Memorial Garden seeking those wishing to have stepping stones

 

The Memorial Garden at Blue Eye High School is open for stepping stone memorials.

School, former staff, teachers, administrators, and all soldiers who have served in the military who were former students of Blue Eye High School.

The garden is located around the flag poles in the front of the school.

Parents (grandparents, guardians) can purchase a stepping stone to put in the garden to memorialize their student.

The garden is created, maintained, and supervised by TARS with final approval from the school board.  A placement ceremony for families to place their stone in the garden will be held in the Spring of 2012.
Anyone interested in a memorial stone can pick up an application at the high school office, or contact Connie McGriff at (417) 779-5331.
