Branson’s roundabout to be overlaid – traffic delays expected at night

The city’s heavily traveled roundabout downtown has been scheduled for improvements next week that will result in traffic delays.
The Branson Public Works Department will be milling and overlaying the roundabout on Branson Landing Boulevard during the overnight hours the week of October 10, and motorists are urged to avoid that area.
The work will start Monday evening, October 10 and continue through Thursday, October 13 between the hours of 7: 30 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following day.
City officials say the overlaying will cause prolonged traffic delays during those hours through the roundabout, and drivers are encouraged to use an alternate north south route like U.S. 65.
