Crane Broiler Festival serves up fun

The annual Crane Broiler Festival was serving up its famous chicken this weekend. Above, attendees enjoy the chicken dinner and meeting old friends. THe festival also had a midway, carnival, numerous vendors and live music.

The annual Crane Broiler Festival in Stone County is underway with a serving of fun, live music, vendors, a carnival midway and rides, and, of course, plenty of chicken.

Despite the warm weather hundreds of people from the surrounding area were oin hand Friday and Saturday to enjoy everything the festival has to offer.
As always, the broiled chicken was everyone’s favorite and the cooks were kept busy keeping up with demand.
