If you have ever wanted to see yourself on the big screen, here’s your chance and it’s not fa from home (assuming you live in the Ozarks).
The producers of the movie “Mud” will begin shooting throughout the state of Arkansas next month.  It stars a-listers” Reese Witherspoon and Matthew McConaughey.  The movie’s plot focuses on two 14-year-old boys who encounter a fugitive along the Mississippi River.
With a need for numerous extras to take part in the filming, area residents have the opportunity to “see their name” in the credits, along with an appearance in movie screens – even if just for a moment.

Producers are trying to cast nearly 400 extras for several scenes.  You can submit an online application to appear in the movie.
