Highway Patrol investigating school bus accident on Indian Point Road & Hwy. 76
At approximately 9:30 a.m., Thursday, (10/27/11) units from the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District arrived at the intersection of Indian Point Road & East Hwy 76.
There they discovered a near head on collision involving a school bus.
The School bus had 27 passengers all were evaluated on the scene none were complaining of injuries.
The occupants were of high school age.
The driver of the SUV was transported with minor injuries.
The cause is under investigation by the MSHP.
