Historic Pin Oak Dining Lodge to be rebuilt.

 

The historic dining lodge was destroyed in a Sept., 2010 fire

A dining lodge, built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s will be rebuilt, said the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
The lodge was destroyed in a fire just over one year ago.
According to the DNR, the new dining lodge wil be rebuilt and wil boast a larger kitchen, a patio area and will seat 135 people.
Camp Pin Oak’s hsoitoric dining lodge is being rebuilt with the assistance of students from nearby State Fair Community College and funding for the project wil come from a $1.5 milion Community Development Block Grant.
