Agents cannot claim to represent or be endorsed by Medicare, agents cannot solicit door to door, and they cannot send spam, unwanted texts or voicemails. Agents cannot approach you in common areas like hallways, sidewalks, and parking lots, they cannot talk shop in hospital waiting rooms, exam rooms, patient rooms, or pharmacy counters, and finally, they cannot sell additional products like annuities or insurance if they are selling Medicare.
