Ozark police investigating death in parking lot

Authorities in Ozark are investigating the death of a man believed to be in his fifties who was found shot to death on a parking lot of an apartment complex on West Hall street today (10-02-11.)
Police chief Lyle Hodges says the man died from a single gunshot wound to the head. “We have surveillance tape from several businesses and want to talk to a man that appears in the tape.”
Hodges says someone getting into their vehicle between 11 a.m. and noon today discovered the body.
The victim was identified as Michael G. Tindall, 50, of Ozark.
