Brad Hudson, Stone County Assessor, is pleased to announce an update he has made available to taxpayers, both in the Assessor’s Office and on the County’s website. Updated 2011 aerial photos of Stone County are now available for public viewing.
“This year we had the opportunity to enter into a cost-sharing agreement with the Corps of Engineers and obtain this new, updated photography for about half the price of what it normally would have cost.” Mr. Hudson said.

Now someone with internet access can log onto stoneco-mo.us/assessor.htm click on “County Map” and after choosing a particular parcel view updated aerial photography of the area. Taxpayers without internet access may visit the Assessor’s Office to view aerial photography.
