Six injured in two crashes in Barry County

A Seligman man, Patrick W. Chisholm, 18, suffered moderate injuries Saturday evening when the 1994 Ford 150 he was operating ran off of MO 37, three miles north of Seligman and struck a utility pole.
Police reported that Blijah Bridges, 16, also of Seligman, and Sasha L. Taylor, 16, of Exter suffered minor injuries in the crash, which happened around 9:15 p.m.
All three were transported to St. John’s Hospital, Cassville.

In a separate Barry County crash, at 3 a.m. Saturday, Josh L. Hudson, 21, of Cassville was seriously injured when the Ford Truck he was a passenger in struck a tree.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Charles A. Diediker and the vehicle’s operator, Harold L. Hawkins, 24, also of Cassville, suffered moderate injuries.
According to police, the three left the scene and were located later. Hudson and Diediker were transported to St. John’s, Cassville. Hawkins refused treatment.
