TRLWQ will meet to discuss Lake Taneycomo Watershed Management Plan

Table Rock Lake Water Quality (TRLWQ) has set the first meeting dates for the Lake Taneycomo Watershed Management Plan stakeholder meetings.  There will be two meetings so anyone can choose to come to Branson or Forsyth.  The meetings will be similar so you can either come to one or both.
The Branson meeting will be on September 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the Branson Rec-Plex Community Room B.  The Forsyth meeting will be on September 15 at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Presbyterian Church in Forsyth.  Please RSVP online, www.trlwq.org, or call Tammy Trantham at 417-739-4100 or email at tammyyelden@trlwq.org.
A working dinner will be provided for all that RSVP.
The watershed management plan addresses the water quality issues of Lake Taneycomo and the stakeholders help form solutions on how to solve these problems.  The advantage to having a watershed management plan for Lake Taneycomo is to qualify for funding to improve Lake Taneycomo. Most grants require a watershed management plan before funding will be awarded.
