Two from Exeter guilty in child pornography case
According to United States Attorney, Beth Phillips, two men from Exeter have entered guilty pleas to child pornography and child exploitation Tuesday, in federal court.
Nicholas Bee, 23, pleaded guilty to receiving and distributing child pornography over the Internet between Oct. 1, 2008 and Oct. 7, 2010.
His brother Stephen Bee, 34, pleaded guilty to exploiting a child victim to produce child pornography. The offense occurred Sept. 5, 2010.
Nicholas Bee is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in federal prison without parole, up to 15 years in federal prison without parole, plus a fine up to $250,000.
Stephen Bee is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in federal prison without parole, up to 30 years in federal prison without parole, plus a fine up to $250,000.
