Wolves defense non-existent in season’s second game – Nixa looks strong against Republic.

Facing their toughest game of the season, the Wolves faltered and handed Bolivar a lopsided victory in the second week of the season. The Wolves defense which had seen strong in their first game, was non-existent in this one as a powerful Bolivar team racked up 71 points.
Reeds Spring managed to garner 7 points, but the final was a disappointing – Reeds Spring 7,  Bolivar 71.
Just up the road in Nixa, however, the eagles were flying high.
The Nixa Eagles were set for their home opener against neighboring Republic. Fans weren’t disappointed as a formidable Eagles team crushed Republic 35 -0.
